Our Staff
Highly qualified and motivated professionals
Our dedicated staff team comprises three senior residential support workers, three residential support workers, a manager, and a responsible individual, each bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our residential services. Our manager and responsible individual hold the necessary qualifications for their roles, ensuring that our operations are conducted to the highest standards. We are committed to ensuring that the entire team receives relevant qualifications and ongoing training to enhance their skills and knowledge. With a diverse and multicultural team, we embrace different perspectives and cultural backgrounds, enriching the support and care we provide to our residents. Drawing from a wide range of experiences, our staff members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people, and they are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all.
