Children and young people will receive care and support that is tailored to meet their specific needs, dignity, and respect.
Our goal is to provide a personalized home environment that enables children and young individuals with complex needs to reach their full potential in a nurturing setting. We will offer guidance and support for their journey towards independence and assist them in all areas of their daily lives.
Children and young people, often with complex needs, including mental health, emotional, and behavioral problems resulting from childhood trauma, are typically placed in residential care. These children are usually placed in residential care after multiple foster care placements. St Thomas House aims to address the increasing demand for high-quality, dependable, and engaging residential care. We plan to provide care for 9–17-year-olds who have undergone various types of trauma and adverse experiences during their childhood.
The young people we care for will have a range of emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties that require specialized care and support in a solo or dual placement home, to minimize disruption during their stay.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, our home boasts tasteful decor and spacious living areas, including a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen where delicious meals are prepared with love. Step outside into our tranquil back garden, complete with a range of amenities for outdoor relaxation and play. Situated in a charming neighborhood close to parks and the town center, our location offers convenience and accessibility. Our community is proudly multicultural, reflecting the rich diversity of our surroundings. Here at our home, we embrace and celebrate the unique backgrounds and identities of all who walk through our doors. With a commitment to providing personalised care and a welcoming atmosphere, we strive to make every resident feel at home and cherished.
