  • Refunds are not provided for absences due to illness or holidays

Health and Safety

  • We may request medical clearance for certain conditions
  • Children must be fever-free for 24 hours before returning
  • Emergency contact must be available during care hours

Termination of Services

Notice Periods

By Us

  • Immediate termination for serious breaches
  • 4 weeks notice for other circumstances
  • Refund of unused fees

Grounds for Immediate Termination

  • Non-payment of fees after 14 days
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior
  • Failure to comply with health and safety requirements
  • Misrepresentation of information
  • Inability to meet child's needs safely

Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability
